This has caused the plan to slip by approximately 2 weeks<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Foundations for the new front entrance have been started<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Taylor Wimpey will shortly take back their site as they have commenced their demolition works. As a result:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">we may have to apply to the council to close the road while the first floor is being lifted into place; and<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">access from the front of the building may not be possible for a few weeks.
