Experience the Thrill of Dragon Boat Racing<\/span><\/h1>\n

Brothers, come and join the fun of a Dragon Boat race and also at the same time help raise funds for the IANL Extension.<\/p>\n

The Dragon Boat Race promises an unforgettable experience for participants and spectators. Whether you\u2019re a seasoned paddler or a first-time enthusiast, this thrilling adventure has a place for everyone.<\/span><\/p>\n

A day filled with adrenaline-pumping action, teamwork and camaraderie, all in the name of community and charity.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Format<\/span><\/h2>\n

<\/span>Dragon boat racing is a forward-facing rowing competition with 16 rowers.\u00a0 The specialist Dragon Boat Company will provide a cox who will steer from the rear. No previous experience is required as we will be holding training sessions to get ready for the big day.<\/span><\/p>\n

You can be safe in the knowledge that your safety is our number one priority, and we are working with a specialist dragon boat events company who is providing all legal, health and safety, and public liability cover for the event.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Location<\/h2>\n

Fairlop Waters, Forest Road Barkingside, Essex, IG6 3HN (map location<\/a>)<\/span><\/p>\n

It is easily accessible from the M25, via the A12, also from the city of London, via the A11 and A12. It is also conveniently positioned for ease of transport via the Central Line to Fairlop and Barkingside stations, which are only a short walk to the complex.<\/span><\/p>\n

Parking is available and there is disabled access to the grounds.<\/span><\/p>\n
